Sydney Bars - Best Bars in The Rocks

The Rocks along with Dawes and Millers Points, form Sydney's oldest residential precinct - the rocky promontory where convict tents were erected in 1788. But we don't know it for that... we know it for it's vibrant food and wine scene, its fabulous nightlife and to die for views. This list showcases the best of The Rocks.

1. Wildfire - 5 Hickson Road, The Rocks
2. Ocean Room - Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West
3. Harbour Kitchen & Bar - 7 Hickson Road, The Rocks
4. Uberbar - 18 Argyle Street, The Rocks
5. Cruise Bar - Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay West
6. The Argyle - 18 Argyle Street, The Rocks
7. Australian Heritage Hotel - 100 Cumberland Street, The Rocks
8.Glenmore Hotel - 96 Cumberland Street, The Rocks
9. Fortune of War Hotel - 139 George Street, The Rocks
10. The Orient Hotel - 89 George Street, The Rocks

Despite generations of change, traces of early convict settlements and life can still be found in the area (just check out a Saturday night - just kidding). As always, you can link to the bar's profile page on Barengine.com by clicking on the bar name link. Feel free to make suggestions by emailing benwild@barengine.com or leave comments below.
